salsa
1 TB olive oil
2 limes
4 clove garlic
1/2 t sugar
2 avocado peeled and cut up
1/2 frozen corn thawed
4 tB red onion minced
4 TB minced cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk all together
Soup
2 TB olive oil
2 cup onion chopped
1 red pepper
2 celery stalk
8 cloves garlic
1 Teaspoon cumin
6 cups vegetable stock
2 can stewed tomatoes
2 can black beans
pepper to taste
pinch of chilli powder
4 TB parsley
salt to taste
put vegs in and then cook til tender 8 min, add cumin stir for 30 sec. Stir in stock, tomatoes, beans, black pepper, and chili powder. Bring to a boil and reduce cover simmer for 20 min. Stir in parsley and salt.
