Salsa
6 Jalapeños
6 Yellow peppers, I like Hungarian Wax
2-5 tomatoes depending on desired heat
1tsp salt
2 gloves garlic
2 TBS. Cilantro
Add peppers to 3 quarts of water and bring pot to boil. Once boiling add tomatoes to pot and cook until the tomato skin splits. Once the tomato skin has split use tongs to remove peppers and tomatoes from boiling water. Add hot peppers and tomatoes to blender with remaining ingredients. Pulse until mixed well and serve. Salsa is difficult to judge how spicy it will be, have extra tomatoes to add to the boiling water to lessen the spiciness in need be.
