Preheat oven to 180c; Grease a 22x33cm pan
In your Thermomix:
1 cup brown sugar
3+ cups white sugar
4+ cups plain white flower
~2tsp cinnamon
1tsp baking powder
350g soft butter
1cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1TBL vanilla extract
4 eggs
50g sugar, 1TBL plain flour, 1/2tsp cinnamon
Mix 10sec speed 10
Transfer to small bowl and set aside
Insert butterly whisk
150g brown sugar, 96g plain flour, 1stp cinnamon, 113g soft butter
Mix 1.5min speed 3
Scrape down bowl
Mix 1.5min speed 3
Remove whisk
Transfer topping to bowl and set aside
450g suggar
Mix 10sec speed 10
4 eggs
Mix 30sec speed 3
385g plain flour, 1/2tsp salt, 227g soft butter, 227g sour cream, 60g milk, 1TBL vanilla extract, 1tsp baking powder
Mix 30sec speed 5
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased pan
Sprinkle cinnamon layer evenly on top
Spread remaining batter. It doesn't have to be perfect
Add the Struesel topping on top.
Bake for 55min or until a knife comes out clean.
Cool for 1 hour, to room temperature
