Crust
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter chilled
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup ice water
Home made pkg taco seasoning
1 teaspoon chili powder (calls for tablespoon but this is less hot)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (can be left out for less heat)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 TB oil
1 poiund uncooked ground turkey
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup black beans rinsed
1 cup corn
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes chopped
sour cream
preheat oven to 375 roll dough and bake 15 min prick with fork before baking
Heat oil and ground turkey add taco seasoning and water cook 5 min more till water is gone
Fill pie shell with turkey and layer beans corn and cheese bake pie for 12 to 15 min.
garnish with sour cream
