55g oil
55g milk
250g sourdough discard
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
10g sugar (or maple syrup)
Blend all ingredients 20s speed 4
Let rest for 15 minutes
Heat pan over medium heat, then cook:
Rub pan with avacodo or coconut oil soaked paper towel.
