140g flour
4 eggs
200g/ml milk
avocado oil (about 1/2tsp per pud)
Heat oven to 210c
drizzel oil into muffin tins (12) and put in oven
Combine flour and eggs, mix 10s speed 5; add salt-and-pepper
Add milk mix 5s speed 3
Take tins out and pour batter into each one.
Cook for 20-25 minutes until puffed and brown
