Mix:
150 g of Milk
120 g of Water
10 g of Sugar
10 g of Salt
10 g of Dry yeast
Knead:
40 g of softened butter
1 egg
550 g of Flour
Place the Mix ingredients in the bowl and mix 2 min/37°/speed 2.
Add in the Knead ingredients and knead 2 min 30 sec.
Roll dough into 12 balls. Flatten the dough balls and place in a staggered manner onto a cookie sheet + silicon mat allowing enough space between them to rise.
Cover the cookie sheet with a linen cloth and allow to rise for 1-1.5h
Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for 10-12 mins until dough is golden brown. Cool before cutting.
