36g Agave (or honey, or maple syrup)
1tsp Salt
513g Fresh milled whole wheat flour
15g gluten mixed in
0.5tsp instant yeast
Measure and mill the whole wheat flour into a separate bowl
Add all ingredients in the order listed. Be precise!
Use whole wheat recipe in bread machine (menu 3)
Select dark crust
Start and set a timer to come back and take out the bread
Let cool for an hour, then serve or put in bread basket
