Wet:
125g milk
2 eggs
225g sourdough starter
45g oil
Dry:
140g wholemeal flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 TBL sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix wet ingredience. Thermomix speed 4 for 20 seconds.
Add dry ingredients. Thermomix kneed for 30 seconds.
Pour into waffle iron when light is green.
Leave an inch of uncovered waffle iron so it doesn't overflow.
