500g pasta
A whole pack of bacon
2x large Garlic cloves
Olive oil
4x eggs
100g grated Parmesan
Crush the garlic and put in the oil in a frying pan
Wait until the oil is hot and then add bacon and fry until crispy. (Cut the bacon into chunks or strips)
Boil pasta but keep half a mug of the water once cooked (starchy water helps make the sauce)
In a separate bowl beat the eggs
Add the cheese to the eggs and add black pepper to your liking
Once pasta and bacon are both cooked combine and add some of the starchy water
Take the good off of the heat and then combine the egg-cheese sauce and stir well.
Do not add the sauce on heat because the eggs will scramble.
